The microwave arrived very quickly and fitted beautifully into the space where I had envisaged it. It is easy to use with the helpful book supplied, although I have to have the kitchen scales handy for weighing items so that I calculate the right timing (for baked potatoes). The dials are easy to see and use and it is a very neat machine.

I love this microwave/grill, the best I have ever used. A sleek, attractive design, a hardly bigger footprint than my old microwave but much roomier inside. The controls are so simple and sensibly set out that it is not necessary to keep referring to the manual - which is well written and comprehensive. One has full control over cooking times or can select food type and weight to defrost or heat automatically. Very quiet in use and fast to reheat. The combination micro/grill is useful and although I rarely cook in a microwave made a very good apple crumble with this function, no regular oven needed. Although the grill takes some time to reach full heat it then browns quickly and evenly and has three heat levels. I have not tried the multi function control but the delayed timer is useful and the finishing beeps can be heard from other parts of the house.One word of caution,the nice shiny finish is easily marked, cooking hands can be greasy and the unsightly marks are difficult to remove; this oven should be made in other colours, certainly black and white.Try to open and shut the door from the bottom RH corner of the door,very easy and finger mark free. So far no sign of peeling plastic inside the door as reported in another review.

Bought this machine which is lovely looking and very quite while operating; works an absolute treat, the problems started when under a week of very light use the plastic film on the inside of the door started to peel away; this is important as it stops condensation reaching the outer glass. Contacted the seller, returned the item and refund obtained with no problems. Have done a little research and this fault has happened on a few of the models; this is a shame as had a panasonic microwave for years before this one; looks as though the build quality of this model or a manufacturing fault has occured.
