This is the worst appliance I have ever owned, unfortunately there is not a big choice when it comes to integrated tumble dryers unless you want to pay £1000 + for a Miele White Knight are one of the few that make one. The machine is basic and the door is very flimsy, prior to this I had a Bosch tumble dryer but it was freestanding so when we replaced our kitchen I opted for a built in dryer to keep the kitchen 'neater'.Thank Goodness I kept my old Bosch in the garage and that is what I am using despite having to schlap outside to the garage to change every load. The reason? The White Knight Dryer is not equipped to be opened during a tumble dry, so you cannot check the clothes are dry or take out those that are and restart the machine or add items to an existing load. To do this you must put the machine through the '10 min cool down' programme or the machine overheats and needs to be reset.Ok so you need to reset it I hear you say and how do you do that? You just push the red reset button and your ready to go. Where is the reset button? ON THE BACK OF THE MACHINE!!!!! So you have to remove the plinth from your units pull the machine out completely and push the button push it back and replace the plinth.Absolutely Bl---- ridiculous! DO NOT BUY THIS INTEGRATED MACHINE it's not worth the money - save up and buy a Miele!

This item was to replace a similar model White Knight Integrated Tumble Dryer which hs just died after 9 years, Decided ti go for same again as it had proved very reliable.Found cheapesyt price via your website and although this item could not be delivered as advertised due to snow - supplieer kept me informed every step of the way and when conditions improved item was delivered as promised.Fab dryer at a fraction of the cost. Well pleased.
