Don't buy this!

UPDATE 2nd July:After using all the bells and whistles on this machine, I still can't get a decent wash. It spits on the clothes until they're wet through then slaps them about for approx. 2 hours. This is followed by several more spits for the rinses. The average total wash-time is 3 hours. There is NO water level to be seen at any time, even with the Super Wash option.Common problems are that normal grubby (not dirty) clothing just isn't washed clean; soap powder marks and streaks are left in the clothes; 3 hours of electricity is wastefully burned.Bottom line is, it doesn't wash! I've asked around and been told that this is true of most modern machines. Expensive techno rubbish.---------------Pros:Lots of choice, within parameters, for customising the Wash cycle, Temperature, and Spin speed of 11 of the 14 preset washes. Eco washes (cold water). Energy Saving features. Has all the bells & whistles.Note that I can only compare performance with the washing machine I've had for the past 15 years (Electra). 1) The Energy Saving features appear to be offset by the over-long cycles which seem quite unwarranted. 2) None of the preset washes carry the International Textile Care Label Codes. This is the flower-pot shape logo with a temperature number in it, with or without one or two underlines, found on the tag in nearly all garments.- eg: 40 inside the flower-pot with one firm underline = DelicateSynthetics, acrylics etc.- a) Fill to low level.- b) Heat to temperature with minimum agitation.- c) Pump out followed by 3 high water level delicate rinses with spin between each.- d) Short final low-speed spinAs the User Guide gives none of the above information with any of its' washes it would seem to be a case of hit-and-miss unless you know the codes and are able to program the wash as near as possible. 3) Results of my first two washes were (Wash cycle-Temperature-Spin speed);~ Wool wash.( 9-40-800): Two all wool jumpers, 6 pairs woollen socks, a few flimsy pj bottoms. (Not a large load)This took 1h 10mins. The jumper & socks came up fine except for a some 'scum/powder' marks (Maybe should have used the Extra Rinse button?). The flimsies came out dingy and creased. I did not use too much wash powder.~ Lightly soiled white wash (5-40-1000): 7 white tee-shirts (night shirts) and 1 pair thin jogging bottom.This took 2h 40mins! They were whiter before the wash, they came out dingy. I could have washed them quicker & cleaner with a bar of soap by hand. Not impressed at all.In light of the rave reviews for this machine, I've re-read the User Guide and accompanying leaflets and still cannot understand why I've had such mediocre results. Will update this review if I discover a solution.
